Haydn: Divertimento for 3 cellos or 3 violas

Haydn's vast compositional oeuvre also left behind a large number of trios for baryton, viola and cello. From these trios, four of the most beautiful movements have been combined into a divertimento.

Since the baryton is no longer in common use as a string instrument, the trio is presented in a version for 3 cellos and 3 violas. It can of course also be played in a combination of both instruments. The 4 varied movements allow a wonderful musical pleasure of wonderfully dark-tempered timbre.

A transposition for three violas is included with the edition.
